Their Management Surveyors have found more time to either take on more instructions from their clients or found themselves more quality time to devote to managing the assets. This has resulted in improved conditions on site, happier tenants and better control of the Landlords asset. Best of all the value of Globe's occupational management has not proved to cost a penny more than their previous regime of working directly with sub-contractors. |

We were originally appointed to carry out a review of the Society's onsite facilities and to make recommendations on improving services and value to its members and officers.PARAWe have now secured a contract to carry out these improvements and have a permanent Facilities team on site working with the Society's senior personnel in the delivery of change.

Since taking over the occupational management in support of the new managing agent in June 2000, we have carried out a security review and made recommendations that have been accepted which will result in a saving in excess of £80,000 over the next three years to the service charge.
Furthermore we have prepared a full condition survey and provided estimated costs to support the financial planning of the occupiers of this multi tenanted building. Repair costs have been tightly controlled resulting in a 20% saving on previous estimates. This has allowed other areas of the asset to be improved ahead of time. |
